The short answer would be "virtually none," since social distancing rules would only allow a few seats to be sold for any given performance--and that wouldn't even cover expenses.

Given the in-flux nature of things, any such list would be out of date by the time it's printed/posted. The last I heard, no Vegas show is even contemplating returning before the end of March at the earliest. There may be one or two exceptions, but because of the abovementioned restrictions, which will surely be in place for months more to come, it would be pretty hard to score tickets anyway.

Like live sports events, live performances in front of audiences aren't going to be a thing for quite a while.

A simple "No" would have sufficed.

Proof, Davey-poo?

I found a way to get a list.  There aren't many, but there are options.  There are only about 12 - 15 shows and prices are pretty high.  The common denominator seems to be lots of single-person entertainers so mostly

magic, comedy, and daytime shows.

To answer your question, if you go to vegas.com and search for specific dates, they are doing a good job of only listing open shows.  Ticketmaster is another place you can search for specific dates.

There were a few shows running, but then the Governor shut them down for the holiday's through Janaury  15th.   I was able to purchase tickets for "Extravagana" at Bally's on Monday 1/11, but all shows before that date show cancelled.  I'm expecting it to be cancelled, but we'll see.

I did see the Australian Bee Gee's in October and throughouly enjoyed it!   I was so impressed that these guys were willing to perform for what felt like 75 people.  They also had their normal dance floor in front of the stage closed, but you could stand and dance in your little area.   It was nice to at least see something up and running.  Jabberwocky, TapeFace, and Piff the Magic Dragon are running their shows.  Abseinthe is also running but you have to buy a group of 4 tickets, at least when I checked in October.  Looks like Carrot Top and some comedy clubs are open as well.

I just heard there's a small dinner show at the Mayfair Supper Club.  I'm going to check it out this next weekend.

Absinthe has closed.  Don't know for how long.  It was open briefly, but by Thanksgiving week had closed.

We had a bad experience at Mayfair Supper Club but it was our fault.  Our BFF always wants to eat early so our reservations were for 6 PM.  There were just a couple other tables of diners aside from us.  We hadn't even ordered drinks yet when the piano guy started up and it was so loud we couldn't take it.  Accoustics was really the problem, with few other bodies in the place.  So we left.  I've heard that the food is very good and we'd probably been OK if we'd been there later in the evening.  It isn't cheap, and be sure to make reservations at least 1-2 days before you plan to eat there.  Or anywhere at Bellagio, or anywhere on the Strip, or anywhere, really.  The Gov's mandate for max 25% restaurant occupancy, plus the fact that some restaurants in some hotels are still closed makes it tight for reservations at the ones that are open.  Good luck, and do report back on how you find the Mayfair.

Thanks for the heads up on the volume at the Supper Club.  I might bring earplugs!   We would have just had a 4 hour drive from California so we probably won't be into talking much.   I had a friend recommend the place as they were there a couple weeks ago.   Said the show was "ok", but the food was excellent.   MGM gave us crazy amounts of dining credit so we're going to take advantage of it.

I checked out Absinthe's website and they mentioned the Governor has a 50 person limit on stage shows.   I wonder if that is what Extravaganza at Bally's is doing?   I noticed they had tickets available for today still so I assume they're doing the show.   I assume each show determines their break even point to decide if they can run with 50 people or not.  Anyway, Absinthe says it's returning Janaury 16th.

I think you'll be fine as long as there are enough humans to absorb the sound.  It was a reliable source who told me he had eaten there and the food was "excellent."  I'll probably try it again with husband when we can get a later reservation. BFF can make other arrangements.  But will be very interested in how you find the sound.  I can't enjoy a meal when the music, live or piped in is loud.  Picky me.  Prime at Bellagio is really good, too, and quiet!

Ohh, this was really helpful. I was actually curious abut this as well. glad I found this thread. Thanks for the answers, I really found them useful. But I agree that Prime at Bellagio is great. It's one of my favourite places to eat. They also have good food. They are amazing.
