Need help: looking for exclusive venue to watch college football

I am already in planning mode for our trip next fall, and one of the events will be watching as our Washington Huskies take on the Oregon State Beavers. Rather than employ our usual plan--which is to wander into a sports book and try to find a bunch of seats together--I'm looking to rent a venue. Some ideas that I've come across are the Man Cave at MacFadden's, or the Sky Boxes at MGM Grand Sports Book, or the private room at the Restaurant Formerly Known as ESPN Zone.

Anyone know:

1. Are any of those venues good? Our needs are simple: a private room, with just me and my friends, total control of our own TV(s), and good service. Anything else is a bonus.

2. What are some other potential venues? Assume that price is no object. (It is, but assume it's not and let me pare down the list.)

Thanks in advance.
Emerils new joint at the Venetian is a sports bar and I'm sure they would have private rooms. It's also right next to the sports book for convenient betting. Go Dawgs!

Good Luck!

Depends how many friends - maybe a suite would work just fine.

I think the room overlooking the sports book at Bally's is also for rent. Might be a little more affordable.

Thanks for the ideas. I'm assuming the game might not be on ABC or ESPN, but rather on FSN or something, so a hotel suite is a great idea, but might not work if the TV in the suite doesn't get the channel we need.

Keep them coming!
