The 2017 ACG has $10 off open bar packages at PBR (P-Ho), Rockhouse (Venetian) and AmeriCAN (Linq). I also found Groupons that give even bigger discounts. A couple of questions:

1) Is it good for the entire time the place is open?

2) Is it only well liquor?

3) If I go in at night, do I also have to pay a cover?
