"Donnie and Marie" show worth seeing?

Now if CET would offer discounts for the tickets it would all be good. How would I go about getting tickets before I left home using my reward credits?
I started doing meet and greets a few years ago after the kids grew up and left and I found I had an extra buck or two left over.

That said, meet and greats are not necessarely a great value as you tend to meet the star, talk with them for 2 whole minutes, you get an autograph, a champagne toast with Holly Madison at her Peepshow- show and away you go, all for the low price of $100 to $300 or more!

If you do the meet & greet please post something!

Donnie and Marie have a $249 (plus tax) front row show ticket and meet and greet package that I am working on. I have never read a bad review about them or there show,So I am going!

Its funny as I was into rock as a kid in the 70's and would have never admitted to liking the Donny Osmond (Marie maybe). Now Now I am excidedly trying to see them in September and am willing to pay thru the nose to do it.
Larry from Las Vegas was right on target with what he said about entertainers and performers. D and M are entertainers.
I was in the skeptic group when it came to seeing D and M. Though I'm still not a great fan, the show was good and I was glad I went. Its along the lines of their old tv variety show.

A lot of people complain about being over Cirqued and want Vegas shows to be like they were in the good old days. This is one of those shows. If you have issues with the person or talent of D and M, nothing can be said or done to change your mind. If your looking to be entertained than I would say give it a try.
I paid extra for the meet and greet and was glad I did. My seat was right next to the stage, and Donny walked onto my table and took my hand during the show. Marie was so close I could see her dry skin (she's still great though and beautiful!). I hadn't paid for the meet and greet but enjoyed the concert so much I stayed after and paid extra for it. I was then the last one in the line to meet them and I think that was an advantage - nobody was waiting for me to hurry. Donny hugged me (bought that pic) and Marie talked lovingly about her kids and losing weight for them. It's also a pretty scammy thing that they take these great pictures of you with them and then you wait to look at them and they are so nice you buy a couple. So, it was very expensive, but I thought it was worth it for a one time experience.

Hubby and I saw it in 09 and loved it. We are both fans, but I'm a bigger fan than hubby and knew both of their music. I've seen them both for free years ago and wasn't thrilled about the ticket price but as others have said, they are truly great enterainers. The room they perform in is great too...old time Vegas with smaller showroom and love the semi circle booths.
