Show tickets are almost universally non-refundable. Ask fellow players in the casino. Maybe someone will want it, for free or half price or something.
I'm sure a Host would be glad to take it off your hands. Take it to the Host office at Caesars. They won't pay you for it, but at least you are doing a good deed for somebody. They have clients asking for tickets to sold out shows.
You might go to the box office at Caesars, tell them you have a ticket you can't use. I don't know if they would do anything, but it won't hurt to ask.
