Taylor Hicks @ the Indigo Lounge! How does that work??

The Indigo Lounge at Ballys is 1 of my favorties for Old School music. And you can't beat the price because, when I've been there, there's never a cover charge.

Just checking the Ballys website to see if JAMM is still performing there (and they are in May) and I noticed that Taylor Hicks is performing there in August (during the time we're in vegas). Not that I am a Hicks fan but I am curious how a open area bar/lounge, such as the Indigo, charges admission for Taylor Hicks? Do they put up curtains around the lounge??? What is it that prevents passerbys from just watching the show, for free, from the rail???

I wondered the same thing. Maybe you are paying for a seat and table inside but how can they keep you from hearing it just passing by.

I'm guessing some curtains will be put up. Just like the "showroom" that was behind the bar at the Riv.
