Conceivably the Raiders, A's and Golden Kinghts could all have home games on the same day. Imagine what that traffic looks like on the South Strip.

I was a potential season ticket but if they choose the Trop site I'm out. I'm not dealing with that traffic 81 times a year. It was bad enough at the WWW site but at least it wasn't the strip.
Hope they save the stained glass
The lot is only 35 actres & they will need about 30 acres for the stadium. Not much room for parking, unless they plan on buying

Apparently this deal is far from final. The stadium will only be on 9 acres which is small. A hotel/casino will be on the rest. NDOT has not been contacted on how to manage the traffic. No info on parking. They don't even have a design.
The Wild West deal is not dead yet, nor is the Rio or the las Vegas Festival Grounds (although they are on life support)
The Nevada legislature's session ends the end of May & no bill has even been presented. Without a bill construction will not be able to start & the completion date could now be 2028.
The A's want to start playing in the Aviators stadium next season & they could be there 4 years. If this happens no word on the fate of the Aviators.
I don't think Dolan will be happy that A's are getting money while he had to eat the entire cost of his electric golf ball
