points about change post pandemic.

Not paying attention to grammar.

Right Matt Roberts, that is why I have reduced my postings, you go Patricia.

Thanks for positive feedback. Love coming to Vegas and the shows.

Just miss fun of the deals. Especially the headliners who's prices

are out of the world.

Now those last two posts make pretty good sense.  So you can clearly do it.

AGT: All Stars another spin off show start in 2 January 2023 and America's Got Talent Season 18 start in Summer 2023.

Gambling now makes up only 25% of casino revenue and nationwide casino availablity, with that in mind Vegas has reinvented itself as the entertainment capital.

Vegas now offers the NFL & NHL with the MLB & NBA on the horizon.  Vegas will have the Super Bowl, the Final 4 & F1.  Allegiant Stadium is the highest revenue stadium in the country.  In addition to sports there are multiple large venues available for concerts etc.  The casinos offer multiple other entertainment options & quality dining.  Downtown is following this trend with the opening of Circa.

Stations new casinos are on the high end & have given up on the quality gambling & moderate gambling formula.

The exception is Southpoint which offers favorable gambling, cheap entertainment & moderate quality dining.  The casino is always busy & one would think another casino would take advantage of this opportunity, but right now the emphasis is on parties & entertainment.

I agree with Tom, that Vegas has rebranded itself. In fact, right now, it's about as much a gambling destination as, say, Cancun is a snowboarding destination.

South Point's business model won't be adopted by anyone else, because its value- and customer loyalty-oriented approach doesn't produce gobs and gobs of record-setting revenue; rather, it produces steady and reliable profits. The young Turks fresh outta business skool who work for the Strip megatoilets have been patting themselves on the back, having successfully executed the orders of their bosses to make huge amounts of money NOW goddammit. It's an unsustainable strategy, but cracks won't appear for a while yet, and in these people's minds, 2024 might as well be 2124.
