2nd day Open future Like Tiger @ +425 to win after shooting 67 today. Despite Tiger's driving problems, you can spray it anywhere off the tee box & still be in the hole. The odds weren't much worse before the tournament started. The weather report (sources incl. TWC, weather underground & weather report on the official Open website) looks better late & Woods doesn't tee off till 2:20 pm local Scottish time.
