I still maintain that the African teams are a little overhyped in spite of Ghana's win over a 10-man Serb team today. I think Cameroon has the best chance of any African team to advance. They were the only one I had going to Round of 16.
Samuel Eto'o from Champions League Winner Inter Milan has been called out for lack of leadership. He returned to the team. I expect a motivated effort here.
Italy/Paraguay UN 2 (-117)
Italy is the defending WC Champ. However, they are aging. Paraguay is a tough customer. New Zealand and Slovakia are the other 2 clubs in the Group. Similar logic to USA-England (although it didn't play out this way until late in the match), these teams may get a little conservative thinking they have 2 sure wins in the bag over the other 2 teams in the group.
Lean to the Dutch -1 over Denmark. These two are very familar with each other. May play it close to match time. Robben likely out for this one. FWIW, the Dutch were my pick to win it all at 12-1 .
