James Milner has left Villa is now at Manchester City. They may get the better end of the deal with new midfielder Stephen Ireland, but I would expect him to only be a late sub tomorrow.
I think Villa may start Nigel Reo-Coker, a defensive minded midfielder, in this one. Villa has a midweek game in the Europa League qualifiers against Austrian club Rapid Wien. They drew with them on the road, but played their "B" team. They may use the Europa League game to play Ireland more extensively.
