I've said over and over again how City mgr Roberto Mancini will go for draws when he could go for wins, but that's on the road. City will go all out here. Chelsea is good, but they've played pretty much all bottom feeders so far.

Arsenal beat Tottenham in Carling Cup while sitting several starters in mid week. Arsenal still has a leaky defense and may look ahead to Champions League at Partizan Belgrade.
