If both DQ'd with the same amount of holes played, lowest score wins, correct, if both miss the cut, have the same score and then one gets DQ'd you'd have a fight on your hands with the sportsbook, they will claim a push, but in reality the DQ'd guy goes to the bottom of the leaderboard, finishes in last place and doesn't collect a check, have not seen this happen yet.

I would also think there would be a huge fight if the player with the lower score was DQ'd after the 2nd round and the other player doesn't make the cut.

Pretty gross for Mcdowell to finish 3rd and lose the matchup. Bad luck there.

Last two years don't recall an Alf play finishing that high in the field not winning. On a completely seperatae note I don't know about the rest of you but I find Tennis and Golf betting far more entertaining on an angst scale, probably because there is down time between each shot/point to reassess the situation. I suppose that is part of why football is so popular compared to NHL and Hoops. The Cilic/Isner match was riveting if you had action on it.

Also think McIlroy is going to be the next Monster on the tour. Wouldn't be shocked to see him win a major in the next year or two. Tough to bet against him even with McDowell who looks poised to take the the leap to the next level as well. Very curious to see what Tiger does in the next three months. Alf/Dude any thoughts on Tiger this year? My guess is he comes out on firing early.

Good pick Alf Thanks for the call on Sabbatini (missed cut)- as well as the reasoning behind it. After his incident with Ben Crane years ago and his noted intolerance of slow play, it was a nice reminder that the Hope's format might not suit him too well.

Tiger will win this year. How many? Couldn't tell ya. Tiger -120 not to win any majors, +215 he'll win just one. Pass. I don't like the new swing and I don't think he'll dominate again like he has in the past. The fields are too deep and talented and especially young talent, DJ, Rors, Kaymer (I still think he is overrated) ...and this years crop of Nationwide and Q-School grads are going to make a splash, Johnny Vegas!

I have done good with Alf's golf plays. So good I started throwin 1/2 unit on the 1st round as well on some of the full tournament plays. Goosen vs. Paddy was one such play. It was scored a loser initially by 5Dimes. After the DQ they reversed it and scored it a winner....free money! Thanks for the plays Alf!! Nipsy
