Too bad.[/QUOTE] I haven't seen the video of it yet. From what I've read, Mendy had neither knee on the canvas. Second fight this year we've lost because of a "illegal" punch. First Round... I need to see the video. I forgot the undercard fights where online at Ringtv.com.

I was watching live and the replays clearly showed an illegal shot. Too bad because Bika had him hurt before the illegal shot.

Yep you can't punch a guy who's on his knees. (still haven't seen the reverse angle of the punch but from the side it certainly looked like he was on his knees.) Every other fight was a clear winner. Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. A bit disheartening.
