My preference would be to change their status on the board. I see you have a "Comp'ed Member" status for a couple users. That would work. Whatever name you use, as long as you're consistent with it, it will get the job done.

We had to push this back to next week due to other deadlines. As for what's listed now, only a few of them have actually been considered. In about 95% of the cases, whatever appears was assigned by the software according to whatever criteria it has as a default. It's important to fix, so we'll get it done.
