Anthony - need help renewing. Figured I'd post since others likely will have the same question. I got the renewal email and went to renew, but when I click on the link it brings up the new rates instead of the old grandfathered rates. I'd like to renew for another year at the previous rates as mentioned. How do I go about doing this? Thanks Sean

Call 1-800-244-2224 and Gail or Audrey will help you out with the renewal at the old price. I just did this last week. Maybe there should be a sticky at the top of the forum as this has been asked about several times.

The OG rate is only for OGs. I don't think it is supposed to be publicized.

He's not getting an email notice, or the numbers in it are wrong. Alternatively, give an overlay or interstitial when he comes to the site, telling him how to renew. He wants HP to accept PayPal. He thinks these things are common sense. I guess you can add "UX designer" to your resume :)

OK. Look, this is not a technologically superior site; it's off-the-shelf bulletin-board software. It's informationally superior and we do our best with the rest. As perfectly explained by parlayin below, simply call in and you'll be accommodated.
