Wimbledon starts in a few hours.
I did not play any future bets, and no Round One plays so far, looking to bet the "Canadian Cannon" Milos Raonic maybe at a decent price in the 2nd round vs Tommy Haas?
I can only give you what might be good plays based on weak numbers. There may not be any originators in tennis on this board but there might be good plays out there. Here are the only ones I've noticed and I don't look too hard:
(1) If you have a Bet Cris account, Michael Llodra is -225 in his match vs. James Ward. This is a good bet as other books are higher and I can actually scalp this bet at Matchbook +238 on the other side.
(2) A little money is on Nicolas Almagro and he's -145 at Bet Cris. This one is a really small lean. He's playing Nieminen. It is +144 at Matchbook on Nieminen and other books -155 or so on Almagro.
(3) Also at Bet Cris for bridge jumpers Jo Willie is -3000 against a guy and some books are -3500 on this.
FWIW I bet the first 2 matchups for a few hundred. The numbers are still there. For a scalper it is only 500 to scalp on Llodra.
On the women's side Mona Barthel at +200 is a good bet. Somebody likes her in her 1st round match or they put out a soft number. That is a scalp at Bet Cris to an exchange.
More experienced tennis bettors would know if there is a chance the originator of these bets has bet at Bet Cris so in fact to bet at Bet Cris is not smart. I haven't noticed anything poor in results in betting their off numbers. I just don't think they are the primary book for betting tennis would also be my opinion.
we are playing this tonight (might be tomorrow) in1st round women
Lucic +170 over cibulkova
A Guy we respects very much is heavy on lucic as this is her best surface, while the surface does not fit Cibulkova
