Arnold Palmer Invitational

OTOH, if someone told you the guy leading by 4 strokes would shit the bed on day 2 and put you ahead by 2 strokes, you'd take it, plus Watney squeaked his way into making the cut, which looked iffy after day 1.

I agree with feeling somewhat fortunate but then again Rose didn't have to blow up late either. skrtelfan just curious here...do you ever post anything to contribute or just finding things to disagree or be contrarion about? Don't want to start a war with you or anything but it never seems you do anything but play the contrarion. Did you pay to be a member here just to do that or do you specialize or post any picks on any sports? Thanks
LOL.... McDowell makes an 8 on the 18th hole to miss the cut. Took 3 shots to get out of a greenside bunker. What a swing McDowell 4 shots up with 5 holes to play and it looked like Senden had to birdie 18 to make cut to us not making cut and losing. Ah the insanity

I'm sure this is a foreign concept for the majority of the posters here but there's more to successful gambling than "finding the hot capper to follow." Anyone listening to my advice turned Fezzik's 3.3u loser on KSt last night into either a pass or a 3u winner (I questioned whether it was worthwhile to play after such a large line move and then suggested the 1h instead of the game) so as far as I'm concerned that's my contribution for the year. Even a $40 bettor already paid for his year's subscription by following my advice.

Why don't you run on the Republican ticket next election as you seem to have all the answers? You just seem like a typical internet "I can hide behind my computer and stir up trouble" asshole to me.
If you saw what GMac did on 18 you may never bet on golf again...
If you see what GMac did on 18 you may never bet on golf again...
You would think he got word that he needed to dog it so as to not make the cut... It was that weird looking.

When you have played and bet golf as long as I have, you know that you are never safe. I mean "duckhook" Stenson shoots 42 on the front 9 today and is going to miss the cut. G Mac is sitting at -2 for the tourney heading into 17, easy winner.... UH NO. snowman on 18...just shoot me.

You made a comment about "splitting the juice," I guess assuming that since you missed the one matchup, everyone else must have missed it too, and also made a comment about "we'll be sweating the weekend" before McDowell was even finished! I think if my live revolved around posting golf updates to a forum, I'd try to be more accurate with them. I'm sure those people thanking you for the updates that haven't figured out how to load Yahoo's golf leaderboard are in for an unpleasant surprise after they thought they were "sweating out the weekend." I posted lots of helpful content here, and after explaining to someone in a perfectly polite fashion why he made a bad bet, the masses jumped on me for being "mean" to the guy and Anthony threatened me with a banning: https://www.lvasportsboards.com/showthread.php?t=2559 After that kind of crap, I'm obviously not going to go out of my way to help anybody after that. Just now I responded to some guy on the baskets forum who asked a "sports betting 101" question that requires simple arithmetic and no one was even able to respond to his question. If the ability to convert moneylines into a percentage and calculate Kelly bet sizes makes me "smarter than everyone else," that says more about everyone else than it does about me. Actually, I see I helped you with one of your "sports betting 101" questions: https://www.lvasportsboards.com/showthread.php?t=2663 So you have a lot of nerve calling me an asshole after I went out of my way to answer your simple question.
If you saw what GMac did on 18 you may never bet on golf again...
Yep, which is exactly why the in game updates are worthless. For those new to golf betting, a bogey on hole 7 seems like the end of the world. In reality, it's more like your team hitting or missing a 3 point shot in hoops.
