Cilic should dominate this match and win in straight sets because Isner cannot sustain a rally nor manage to win any points other than on his serve. Isner has had an easy route beating Serra and then Stepanek (I watched the entire match) who basically quit when he lost the 2nd set. The 6' 9" Isner gets tired easily and down on himself when behind. Cilic serves as well and covers the court so much better than Isner.
The Game spread line is also cheap. Cilic is -3 games +100 and although we have seen many times a player winning the match and losing the game spread, I don't think that will happen here unless Isner wins one set lopsided or wins two sets, which I think is highly unlikely.
