Bam Bam Rios vs. Acosta (2/26) I've read in a few places that Acosta the belt holder, who hasn't lost in a long long time, opened as the favorite. Money poured in on Rios and now Rios is -210.
I can see either winning. Rios by KO or Acosta any which way. Rios is a high pressure fighter, Acosta is the boxer in this match and very skilled at it.
If I where to bet Rios I would bet him by KO.
Acosta recently fought Antillon who is a clone of Rios. He struggled in the fight but won by KO in the 9th?.
Rios has got a shot, I just don't see the hand speed or power that make him the betting favorite.
Nothing official on this fight, but I bet a bit on Acosta.
I likely won't be surprised, no matter how this fight ends.
