Changes in the works As always, membership on the board has dwindled to close to nothing during the non-football season. We could do what we've done every year and pump it back up to 100 or so for football, but we're gonna go a different route and open the board up. I know, the risk is getting a bunch of sports-betting trolls, etc., but we feel we can keep a handle on it for one season.
It looks like we're switching to BBPress, which is supposedly superior to VBulletin. One big problem with this site is that it was attacked often by hackers and was damaged. It's been stable, but it's almost impossible to make the switchover staying in this environment. We're gonna handle all that on our end, hopefully this week and current users should be able to transition smoothly. We should be able to get all the prior posts migrated to the new software. I'll post more prior to making the move, but wanted to give everyone a heads-up. Any comments are welcome.
