Really want to bet ON Poulter in any matchplay format, he has a stellar Ryder Cup record of 5-2-0. Watson and Overton vs [B]Harrington and Donald -190....1/2 unit on Euros here[/B] The real betting of the Ryder Cup is in the Sunday Singles matches and the overall Cup line. Fourball is better ball and right now this matchup looks like a slam dunk. But the price is too high to lay into it. We want to go against Overton who is perhaps the player with the worst form coming in, he and Watson will be all over this track and make many bogeys. Paddy played super LW closing with a 64 and Luke almost won the Fed Ex Cup. They make for a nice no non-sense grinding type of team and would like to see them in Foursomes rather than Fourball. The US bombers will not likely see Foursomes.

Just received a text from a buddy that is at the Ryder Cup, and he says which ever pairings or team handles the WEATHER best will prevail. Plenty rain and wind today, more rain tomorrow and 60-70% all week could make a mess of the entire match. But, I believe this information/weather also helps the Europeans more than USA.

Correy Pavin can't manage his wife....how is he ging to handle the USA egos. Azinger was perfect! Already Corey is showing his ability to handle people falls well short of his ability as a competitor. Can't imagine sitting Mahan and Furyk for four ball although I agree that they are probably among the top alternate shot players on the squad.
