Early Honda Classic Wagering

Mcdowell gets back to even and then bogeys very next hole. Thru 6 holes (they started on back 9 FYI).... Westwood-1 McDowell+1 I'm starting the think Westwood is quite the Diva... Playing this injury up for dramatic effect. I've found a few personal blogs and websites for him and he is quite the hypochondriac. He is ALWAYS injured or sick or hurt from reading more about him (some of it written BY him)... Guy seems like a tool and if he keeps this pace up I'm really gonna hate him. :)
Good night boys.... All those plays and Westwood is going to be leading the tournament from wire to wire at this rate. Can't win if he comes in first. Faking asshole.
WTF are you talking about burger? We are lucky he teed off. He has played 2 holes and made a birdie, big deal. If he WDs anytime during the next 4 days due to his injury, WE CASH....or just plays average, we have a high % of cashing. Alf gave us a great oppurtunity and we all should have taken advantage of it. There is no guarantee with great info, but with great info you will winway more than you lose. Please quit crying and cluttering up a professional message board.
He's not crying. He's making very salient points. Sometimes there's no in-between of the lines to read. It's like that guy said in the other thread about K-State. If everyone jumps on a line, well.... When you hit 60%, you still miss 40%. This is why bankroll management and passing if the line moved before it was time to get down are as important as handicapping the events themselves.

I remember I did the same thing against Ross Fisher in the British Open a few years ago thanks to Members. Fisher said if his wife went into labor with their first kid he was walking off the course even if he had the lead in the Open. Well, Fisher shot lights out, played very well and his wife did not go into labor. Sucked, but a very good bet. Move on.
fwiw, McDowell comes back from 3 down on the back nine to beat Westwood by a stroke in 1st round. Duval blows up on 1st Nine. Nice start so far. Alf -- Thanks for the plays and write ups.

Before posting play by play updates in threads, think of what the forum would be like if every poster posted in this manner.. It wouldn't be good, and you wouldn't enjoy it much. People see an Alf thread 3 pages deep, and probably think Alf has added plays. But alas there has just been 3 holes played.
AHHH Gentlemen, you guys are up too early for me. We only needed to sweat out one matchup today and McDowell comes through. 1-0, we'll take it and run......the bad news is Westwood is playing better than we hoped, but he teed off very early today where the conditions are primo and the wind is not nearly as bad as right now, where I'm reading it is 20+ mph at Noon EST on the course. Westwood if 90-100% healthy is the No.#4 player in the World. The info on his injury was legit and we bet accordingly, thats all we can do. Burger, my good man, ...if we can split the two 72 hole tournament matchups getting either Casey or Rors to catch Westwood we'll take that and be ahead 2-1 on the Westwood fades... we can do it. I always want to bet against guys I think will not make the cut. Right now with the wind howling, unless Westwood blows up or WDs tomorrow afternoon, unfortunately we'll have to sweat out the weekend because I would lay plenty that Westwood will now make the cut.

Thanks Alf for another winner!!! The Dude: Relax. I'm sorry if it came off ugly but believe it or not I've had people send me PM's thanking me for doing periodic updates. With that said I understand your point and at the time of my last posts I was quite out of my mind as I had been up for 24 straight hours on a poker heater. TwoNiner: Nicely put and I understand your comments as well. Joel: Thanks Alf: You know I respect you and have voiced my appreciation countless times. Thanks so much Can't believe I woke up to that winner!!! Let's get the sweep this weekend boys!!!
