Flyers.... The philadelphia flyers played this afternoon at home in Philly... Than made the travel down to NYC for a sunday 3pm game versus the Rangers. Below are the tweets from official flyers page... # Team train gets pushed by a diesel engine train into Matuchen. Mags, I dont know the guy personally but there was a kid nicknamed Mags who was a pretty good goalie in my town when I was growing up. He lives in Vegas now I guess. Did you ever play goalie? Thanks for this post by the way.

Never been to vegas but have played goalie once, wasnt pretty. LOL

FWIW, Flyers had a miracle victory yesterday when Chicago decided to stop playing defense and stop backchecking in the last three minutes of the third period. My guess is the potential for a letdown is diminished because this idle time has allowed them to process what happened and move on.

NYR came in, after a first period 1-0 lead thats all the flyers did.
