Good point, Frank, you may be right. The fact is they have been very cool and keep asking me to retract a negative post I did about them some time ago when one of their agents stiffed me. Once they got wind of it, they made it right but I can't get the post removed. I posted at SBR forum and Bill D. said they don't delete anything, even if you want to delete your own post.
He told me the only solution would be to continue to post positive reviews of the site and then that may kick the negative review down the chain. Not something I want to spend lots of time doing, but it isn't fair that the negative review comes to the top when you do a google search; hence the post today.
