If you like Japanese food, Raku on Spring Mountain Rd is really good. They specialize in Izukaya-style (grilled) cuisine that can be eaten with sake or beer.
texas brazilian @ town center mall just south of russell on the strip grade A+
For Italian, I like Piero's. Not cheap by any means, but good food.

right down the road from Mandalay Bay is the South Point try Micheals Gourmet Room, a little pricey, but soooo good and covering all of your what your looking for, I think.

Nora's the best Italian
Be at Mandaly Jan 26. Give me some names of good Italian and seafood Restaurants. Steak joints, I know there are plenty. thanks
By far my favorite Italian (Sicilian) Restaurant in Las Vegas (and the favorite of everyone else I've taken their) is Nora's at Flamingo and Jones. It's been there for almost 20 years and has been so successful, they bought the two businesses on either side of them to expand. To get a table a reservation is usually necessary but I'm spoiled and can only eat at the lively bar while conversing with customers and employees alike. Drinks are innovative and the food is astounding.
