Hopkins vs Jones Jr.

Hopkins vs Jones Jr. For the nostalgic crowd this is an interesting fight. For most people this is a turd. My favorite boxer of all time, Roy Jones Jr. is fighting another all time great Bernard Hopkins. Hopkins while being a few years older (45) then Jones has aged much better then Jones Jr. Hopkins is listed as a big favorite and it is most likely correct. These guys hate each other but neither is a KO artist anymore. I'm gonna go against the stream on this one. (Well not the fight, Hopkins should win this going away.) The O/U is at 11.5 rounds. Wait on this one. The odds should continue to get better on the under. Greek is currently +115. If I can get +125 or better I'll bet it.

He barely made weight and looked drained. Since I can't get the +125 on the under which I still think is a good bet at those odds. I'll add a bet. No BET for tracking purposes. -600 Hopkins is the bet I'm recommending. GL

Twice from rabbit punches and once from a cup "check" punch. Hopkins landed his own cup "check" deliberately and also landed a few rabbit punches. The fight showed what was widely considered fact, Jones Jr. is a shot fighter. He should have retired long ago. Not much to say about the fight, it was ugly and boring with the sparse crowd booing often. As bad as it was, Hopkins was the only one really landing any punches and he won a wide UD. (unanimous decision) I hope Jones Jr., finally retires but I doubt it. He loves the attention and against slow ineffective boxers he still can shine a bit. Hopkins won and for betting purposes is the only thing that really matters. 52.2 units wagered (+14.26)

truushot, any opinion on the berto fight? thanks
truushot, any opinion on the berto fight? thanks
My opinion is that Berto will most likely win but it isn't worth betting at the odds I've seen.
