I believe it is everything you stated plus the belief they are "getting a great deal". And, the fattening of America has to add to the buffet's attraction.
Playing 6/5 bj seems like a great deal after viewing a crowd at each of the four Wheel of Fortunes at Planet of Hollywood and a few idiots betting the Big 6/8 at craps.
