I hate Hockey, and I hate the ridiculous, lose in OT, get a 1/2 a win rule

I hate Hockey, and I hate the ridiculous, lose in OT, get a 1/2 a win rule IMO this rule alone makes Hockey a joke. If we are tied 2-2, we wink wink, dump the puck and do line changes back and forth and play defense, knowing we both get 3/4 of a win if we can just tie. A tie should count as 1/2 a win. A loss should count as zero. CAN YOU IMAGINE if football had this asinine rule??? Get to OT and get a 1/2 win??? RIDICULOUS.
Some games are worth three points (2 to the winner, 1 to the loser), while others are worth two. This is backward. What soccer gets right is 3 for a win, one for a tie, so the games that are only worth two points are the ones that ended in a tie. That's the right way.
If Italy had hockey with those OT rules, you'd probably see half the games end in a tie.
I hate hockey too. But would like to know if the forum gets any info on the ponies its warming up and would like to cash in on a couple of long shots.

An exercise rider who has ridden both, likes Conveyance much more than Lookin At Lucky. However, 3 year olds can develop so quickly once they figure out what everything is about, you never know. I like Conveyance who I believe is running in NM today (at a short price for sure; a race 2 watch, not wgwer)
Conveyance races tomorrow - 12th at Sunland Park. I'm also curious how he'll do? I think this is the first year that the Sunland Derby is a graded race. If I recall correctly, Mine That Bird ran in this race last year - and he didn't run very well either.
