Masters Matchups Tuesday Ross Fisher -125 vs. Sergio Garcia
Having bet on Sergio in previous years he has demonstrated he cannot handle the pressure of the Masters and the contours of Augusta National. His best finish in the past five years is a T36 and along with three missed cuts and a T46. This year on the PGA Tour other than the matchplay event his best finish is T37. His putting is always suspect and at the Masters it will get worse.
Fisher played the masters for the first time last year and a T30 result is respectable. What I like most about his game is that he doesn't give up and is deadly around the greens.
Geoff Ogilvy -120 vs. Rory McIlroy
Rors is perhaps the next best player in golf today. But his current form has been brutal. He missed the cut last week at the Shell Houston Open and was T65 at Doral and T40 at the Honda. Why? His putting has gone south. In Houston hit 26 greens in regulation but had 63 putts! He ranks 176th on tour in Putting Average. And when your putting is struggling the last place you want to play is Augusta.
Ogilvy also missed the cut last week, but he mentioned he will get to Augusta early fix his mistakes and make a serious run at the green jacket. He has finished 15, 39, 25 and 16th in the last four Masters.
Charl Schwartzel -120 vs. Martin Kaymer
Schwartzzel is the new face of South African golf and having already won twice on the European Tour and two Top 5's on the PGA Tour he is one of the hottest players on the planet. Yes, this is his first timer at the Masters, but he has been up to Augusta a few times already and learning the ropes from fellow countrymen Ernie Els.
Kaymer missed the cut last year in his first go-round at the Masters and last week missed the cut at the Shell Houston Open. I want players that are playing well coming into the Masters not guys who want time off. Conversely, Schwartzel finished T3 last week the SHO and shot the best final two rounds 67 and 67.
Bill Haas -120 vs. David Toms
Haas won early this year at the Hope. He hits a draw off the tee which is key at Augusta. His last three finishes are 17, 16 and 6th.
Toms has not played well at all lately. His best finish is a T20 at the Transitions. In his last ten rounds he has one in the 60's.....and there is a reason for all of this....
David Toms provided an update on his injured shoulder on his web site.
Toms wrote: "I need to clear up some things regarding my shoulder. I am not having surgery next week. ... I did go see world-renowned orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews on Friday [April 2]. ... Medically speaking, I have a rotator-cuff impingement. In more plain English, I have a bone spur that is causing some discomfort. Hopefully with some treatment and therapy, surgery won’t be needed any time soon." What Toms didn't write is how it's affecting his swing and performance. On March 19, we relayed his quote that he's taking medication for pain, so he doesn't feel 100 percent. Yet, after the Masters, he's going to play three straight beginning in New Orleans on April 22-25.

Jim Furyk Top 20 Finish (Ties Included)
Yes -120
I have Furyk ranked 3rd in my Masters Rankings. After he won the Transitions Championship I was very impressed he bounced right back with a T11 at Arnie's event. He was T10 last year at the Masters and I expect him to be there on Sunday.
Will they make the cut?
Robert Karlsson No +165
Karlsson has really had problems with his game since eye surgery last year. He missed the cut at the Transitions and was T62 the the WGC-CA.
At the Masters these props are worth more. With a limited invitation field of less than 100 players, the cut is the top 44 and ties which is significantly less than a regular PGA Tour stop of top 70 and ties.
