Mayweather vs Mosley

Mayweather vs Mosley Since someone commented on the fight, I'll get a prediction thread out. I really don't see this fight being all that difficult for Mayweather. If Mayweather had fought Mosley 4 years ago, I think Mosley may have won but he's now 38 and has become a one dimensional fighter. A KO fighter. Although Mosley looked great against Margarito I think he now can only shine against fighters that are hittable. Mayweather is simply the best defensive fighter in the last 10-20 years. He is a master of the hit and not be hit fight school. Many find his fights boring, and they can be, but they aren't often close fights as he's usually dominating his opponent. Mosley's bet shot in this fight is to go for the early KO. Mosley still has a lot of power, but translating that power to Mayweather's face is nearly impossible. Mayweather just doesn't get hit all that often. So by a wide UD (unanimous decision) I'm going with Mayweather. The bet. Mayweather -450. 9 units to win 2
mosley somehow has to turn it into a brawl to have a chance, piss him off maybe call his mama names, split on him, step on his toe anything to get him to come forward then he can use his power, speed. We don't know how good flayweather chin is because know one's ever tested it, he could lose his defense if shane can take his legs away. I'm an underdog when it come's to boxing thats why were promoting a Mosley KO tenth.

When he does this he's going to get Mayweather to fight in a way that he's almost never done? Mosley will get Mayweather to forget the decades of brilliance to get into a brawl? Good luck with that. Mayweather is one of the most disciplined fighters in boxing. He always favors defense over offense and somehow Mosley is going to change all of that by insulting Mayweather. I suppose its possible... I tell people to consider this about boxing at the highest level, why was the fight made. Why did Mayweather take this fight? Other then Pacman, Mayweather could have fought anyone in a number of weight classes. Do you honestly think that he choose to fight Mosley because he wasn't confident that he'd win? Mosley has lost almost all of his fights against elite fighters if not all of them, this fight will be no different IMHO. I hope everyone watches the fight and can appreciate the brilliance of Mayweather's defense. He truly is the master of hit and don't be hit. I've been wrong before but I really don't see this as all that close of a fight. GL
i'm giving you a fight plan to justify the underdog, do I think Mosley beats flyweather, no, flayweather is the huge favorite for a reason. He's probably coming off his performance ever against Marquez where he landed 59% of his punchs and where Marquez only hit him I think less than 13%. Mosley has new trainer, new attitude, they say he's relaxed, in tiptop shape and he wants this fight BAD, good combination going against one of the best.

What was it? Mosley by KO (in the 10th) In a few weeks, we'll see who wins the fight.
we''ll be pulling for mosley, attending the fight can't wait
I'll be at the fight too mose. Going into the fight my heart's definitely with Mosley but my head and likely money will be on Mayweather. Freddie Roach is amazing at breaking down fights and his prediction is Mayweather by decision. Roach said. "I do hope Shane finds a way; he's my friend, but he has trouble with speed and the movement he'll get from Mayweather, so I think Floyd will win a decision." If Mosley could get Mayweather to fight, he'd have a chance in my opinion, but Mayweather is too smart to get into a slugfest with Mosley. He'll slip, slide and counter. He won't enagage too often. Mosley is much better countering versus stocking his opponent which I think will be the case here. I hate betting money on the guy I want to see lose. So maybe I'll just be a spectator and enjoy watching the fight on this one.
This fight will almost certainly end as a Mayweather decision IMO. The question is whether value exists in laying heavy wood on the side here. I'm leaning to the OV 11.5 -335 rather than Mayweather -430 as the play. I simply can't see Floyd getting popped here and not much risk for a head butt causing a stoppage. Seems to me the best value may be on the over... waiting though to see where the "Mayweather Decision" line comes in.

My only loss (2) which I had to lose one, was the Dirrell vs Abraham fight. Dirrell is winning most of the fight and Abraham is still alive and trying for the KO (I recommended Dirrell by decision/Abraham by KO). Dirrell slips and Abraham KO's him while he's down. Fight ends in a DQ. (That counts as a KO for Dirrell.) 3 minutes from making money and the bizarre happens. GL
