NASCAR Las Vegas Motor Speedway Shelby American

NASCAR Las Vegas Motor Speedway Shelby American A few years ago I bet heavy on NASCAR matchups, had three good seasons and then one started poorly and I passed on the rest of that year. Why did I stop? You must be committed to follow the sport for the duration of the season. It's allot of work. You need to watch every race, know the all the tracks, scout the owner/teams inside and out, have the Speed Channel on 24/7, handicap the field by pole position, practice speeds, drivers, crew chiefs, pit crews and most importantly have many outs so then when a big name driver wrecks his car in practice, you can put down the hammer against him. After all of that, you need some luck to avoid the big crash and have no mechanical failures. Now, I only follow the first few races of the year and especially when they come to town here in Las Vegas I'll fire at the matchups. Due to the Canada/USA Gold Medal hockey game (and we have no play there, just cheering for the right side) we are not going to the race, but I did attend Friday for Qualifying and Practice 1. As in many head to head matchup bets, we are looking to bet against those that are struggling. The first driver that is evident is Tony Stewart. He is now the owner of his team and car, but the No. # 14 Office Depot car does not seem to have much speed this season or this week and despite being the 2nd best driver in the Cup Series we cannot reccommend him. (you probably know who the best driver is) We are going against Denny Hamlin who was 27th in Practice and half a second behind the pace and Qualified 27th. Next, we are betting against a driver who once owned this track and thats Matt Kenseth who has won here twice. In a very strange move last week, Drew Blickenderfer was released of his duties as crew chief of the #17 team. Todd Parrott was announced as his replacement. It will take awhile for the changes to take shape and meanwhile it appears that Kenseth has a car that is middle of the pack at best. He was no faster than 15th in all Practice sessions. Juan Montoya -130 vs. Matt Kenseth Juan Montoya -135 vs. Denny Hamlin Jeff Gordon -135 vs. Tony Stewart Kyle Busch -140 vs. Denny Hamlin These matchups are scattered on-line at thegreek, Matchbook, etc, and in town at the M, Stations, Leroys and Cal Neva. I've also seen other combos such as Montoya vs Stewart, Gordon vs Stewart and would recommend them as well.
I would certainly not recommend BetUS to anyone betting offshore. Those clowns are rated "C" on SBR and that's awfully generous. Among other things (lengthy delayed payouts, ignoring emails, lying about deposit bonuses, dealing multiple line sets) they put anyone with a couple active brain cells on a lengthy delay, so I'd be surprised if anyone was actually able to get good lines on matchups there. Greek is top notch though and Matchbook is pretty solid as well.
