Where did you read that? Freddie had told me they agreed on everything.

"Pacquiao already has agreed to extensive drug testing and an equitable split of the earnings from what's likely to be the richest fight in boxing history."
The statement above... "extensive drug testing".. doesn't necessarily mean Olympic style random drug testing up until fight night. I'd think that if they agreed to all of the testing requirements they would have spelled it out specifically.
As for Freddie, and I'm assuming that is Freddie Roach, he isn't part of any of the negotiations. He's a trainer, not a promoter or contract negotiator. Maybe you could ask him if he's actually read the contract.
Maybe I can make this my last statement about this possible fight until they actually sign contracts.
Arum basically admits that Pacquiao can't get the big PPV numbers alone.
''Paul Williams is a tremendous fighter, really a great fighter, but he's never been promoted correctly,'' Arum said. ''He doesn't have any following. He can't sell a ticket. ... I'm not going to let anybody have a free ride.''
If Pacquiao is such huge PPV seller and should get 50/50 with Mayweather then Pacquiao should be able to sell 1 million PPV fighting anyone.
The truth is, Paul Williams is all wrong for Pacquiao. I'd love to see that fight. Williams would KO Pacquiao most likely.
Now we can see Pacquiao take on either a known cheater or a guy he already beat. Like I said, Pacquiao needs Mayweather more then Mayweather needs Pacquiao.
Sure sounds like I dislike Pacquiao... I don't. Actually I like watching him fight more then I like watching Mayweather.
