i suffer from depression but mine comes out in the form of bottled up anger which makes me somber and quiet---but withe the help of modern meds-1 pill a day at bedtime i'm good to go

Great Post Fezz I to have lost many the last couple of years. I feel the same way and hope people will take this advise.

A friend once told me long ago "Suicide is a permanent answer to a temporary problem." As silly as that may sound, it has a lot of truth in it. Most problems seem really bad at the moment but in reality are not that bad once you've dealt with them.
