Renewal I don't think you want these forums filled with personal notes, but my renewal date is 8/02 and I'm leaving the USA Monday for Canada fishing and will be out of the country until late August. Been trying to get ahold of Anthony without success. How can I renew before I leave town. rjvegas.

I'm in the same situation. Also, will the duration of the grandfathered pricing expire? I believe Anthony said 2014, how about rethinking this pricing structure to never expire for the founding members?

Not sure if they'll do this, but it would be nice.

If you expire because something went wrong with the renewal, they'll let you back in at the right rate. Calling HP customer service at 800-244-2224 wouldn't hurt, but they close for the weekend at 5 Pacific, so you better hurry :) All the original members joined the last week of July (happy second anniversary, y'all), so this isn't isolated. They'll make it right.

Or maybe do the same pricing as the banks and the online poker rooms. Give the new members the special deals, and let the older accounts subsidize them.
