This one worked heads-up from the gate with the recent winner Silver Medallion back on July 26, and it's also worth noting that Brown sent out a winning firster last weekend (Tiz Blessed, given out here) who had also worked previously with Silver Medallion. Also of interest, i happened to read the transcript of a live chat with Chad Brown on the NYRA website Thursday night, and someone asked him if he had any 2yo's that we should be watching for during the second half of the meet. He mentioned three, including Cold Hearted Babe. Should be live.

DC, Thanks for the pick. Did he get scratched? I watched the race but never could find the 8 horse thru the whole race. They didn't say anything about it but I never saw it at all.

She was right up close in good position until they approached the turn, then she just stopped running. Not sure what happened. Could've been an injury or breathing problem, might've been the deepish track surface, or perhaps she just isn't that good. No way to tell.
