Soft Poker Tourneys in LV?

Soft Poker Tourneys in LV? I have a friend coming into town for SB weekend and he likes playing poker. I've been out of the poker loop for a while so I'm looking for soft tourneys (ie tourist-filled) for us to play while he's here. I'm looking for something in the $40 buy-in range and I'm assuming the softest tourneys are on the strip? I live near Santa Fe Station and while they do have tourneys, they are filled with locals so I think those are harder than most. Any advice on soft tourneys?

Try the Flamingo, Luxor and Stratosphere for starters

The first one of the day (10 a.m.-noon start time) usually has these smaller buy-in tourneys, and yes, those locations are freakin' awesome. If you have a flexible schedule, the best opportunity I've ever found is the 1-3 NL cash game at the Rio during the WSOP. People want to play something but don't have $1K or more for a tournament so they play this. With more discipline I could probably support myself playing poker six weeks a year hanging out there.
