Sportsbook I am looking to open up another sportsbook account...I am considering either 5dimes or Pinnacle. Is there a consensus as to which of these is the best way to go? Thanks in advance for the info!
They're two dissimilar books so it depends on your needs. Pinnacle has high limits and takes on professionals, 5Dimes is quick to cut limits of anyone deemed "pro" and is "recreational players only." They do pay but winners won't necessarily last terribly long there.
I thought pinnacle was non us??? so many guys on here bet with them on ths board....I am guessing most people on the board are from the us.....
I could never figure this one out myself. I live very close to the canadian border and I emailed Pinnacle to ask if I can make all deposits and withdrawls in Canada but they declined. They dont take US customers period. And you cant place wagers from an IP in the US. Theres definately a bunch of US players from these boards still playing with them. They must have either been grandfathered in or have an agent. I have no idea how to get an agent for one of these places either.

same here...well said
This is a private board, but that said, it just takes one person to copy and paste it onto a public board.
Honestly, I figure that that has been done already, somewhere, but I've never found it. Pinny is a nice out to have, but there are other fish in the sea.
Anyone that feels like ponying up $25 can read the board so I wouldn't consider this any less public than the free boards, plus Alf mentioned in one of his golf threads that he believes Pinnacle is monitoring the board for his golf plays.
