Stoke-Aston Villa Update Position - Playing Under 2 and 2.5 as well as Aston Villa Just played 1 unit on Under 2 and 2.5 at plus 1.06 and also played 1 unit on Aston Villa pick and +1/2 goal -1.24. Stoke looks completely shocked after that goal scored by villa and I can see this ending 1-0 or 2-0 in favor of Aston Villa right now. It's frustrating b/c Stoke had the balance of play for the first 30 minutes but a brilliant header by Villa put them up and Stoke hasn't recovered...
I obviously took a winning bet into a losing bet, but that's the price one pays sometimes. The equalizer in the 80th minute was well deserved and the winner at the end also reflected Stoke were the better side. I try to stay fluid in my analysis and take on action accordingly...

Great point Shooter. I always could have played back again but I try to avoid the flip flopping too much. Good for Stoke. Brittania truly is a fortress for visiting sides and when Kenwyne Jones is healthy, Stoke is very, very formidable... In terms of the side bets, they neutralized each other out, it was the over which hit that got me. Any rate, I'm working a sick middle in tonight's Jets-Ravens. Have Jet's on Moneyline -1.09 and Ravens plus 3 -1.20. We'll see if it falls anywhere on those numbers...

Two lucky late goals for me. Almeria also scored a late goal against Sociedad right when stoppage time was beginning and got the draw. That league is tough to find value in b/c Barcelona and Madrid are always such huge favs and the results simply depend on their focus and motivation.
Funny how things ended up working out for me today. I was at the M Casino watching the MNF between Jets and Ravens. Set up a nice middle opportunity as I had Baltimore plus 3 for 5 units and the Jets -1.09 on the money line (absolute low tick two hours to game time before some late Jets money started coming in...) With 2 minutes to go in game M shows Baltimore a -1.88 fav to hold on and win, so I max bet that twice and had to lay -2.23 the second time. So I ended up making back the in-game money I lost from the Stoke-Villa game on that sequence right there. I can always not do in game but I guess the sweat factor is not the same. As a trader I'm always looking to dampen volatility, hopefully not forsaking too much reward...
