From 2008 to present there have been 18 players with a three shot lead going into the final round. The record is 16-2 that the leader wins the tournament, Tiger was involved only 2x. This year Camillo Villegas at the Honda won easy and Jim Furyk at the Transitions won, both were in the -110 to -140 range.
Yes, Fowler is a rookie and has a swing that can produce wild shots, but he is in the zone, putting very well and for someone to catch him, they'll have to shoot 66 or better IMO.
