Ufc 127

Ufc 127 Here is my go at today's UFC 127 card. Odds taken from Pinny. I for one have never been a fan of BJ. Respect the guy but never liked the guy. He's fighting at a weight best for him. Weight cut is a non factor. Penn actually weighed close to 3 pounds under. In my opiniuon Fitch should be able to do enough to control and tire Penn and grind out a decision. Taking Fitch at -199 Bisping is a clear favourite (3 to 1) in this fight with Jorge. I have been wavering back on forth on this fight...... take the 3to 1 favourite or go with the +265 Rivera. I was at UFC 100 and witnessed one of the best KO's I ever seen with Henderson rocking him with that classic over hand right. I am hoping and betting Jorge will land one of his own right hands that leads to the end before Bisping decides to take this to the mat. Taking Rivera at +265 Love to watch Siver get in the cage and bang. Plenty of power and those spinning back kicks. I just don't think he's going to top Sotiropoulos tonight. Hey guys, good stuff as always. Tuschscherer and Hunt is a battle of the worst heavyweights still in the UFC, I'd be careful with that one. Either one throws a lucky punch and its over.

I just see this going to the ground in 30 seconds or less and Tuchsherer laying on Hunt for the duration of the fight. Hunt simply cannot fight on the ground. I think Tuchscherer knows that this is a last fight opportunity, he loses he's cut. My understanding is Hunt is on a 3 fight contract and still will get another fight unless he's bought out. Hunt doesn't have one punch KO power either and hasn't won in something like 6 years. Tuchscherer will go for the body slam, likely within in seconds and Hunt is done. Hunt might as well be James Toney on his back.

I bet about 2 units to win 2 units on Fitch Lytle I'll likely bet more on Lytle. This fight is a mismatch. Lytle is simply to good for Ebersole. Watching the little film I could fight of Ebersole showed me that he's very likely to get submitted. Size, reach and weight are big edges for Fitch. Also desire. I don't think Penn cares much anymore.
