UFC on FX2 Alves vs. Kampmann

UFC on FX2 Alves vs. Kampmann This isn't the best card to bet. I bet Benevidez and C. Miller in a parlay. Both are large favorites and should have easy wins. 2.57 to win 1 unit. I man have other plays. GL
Miller didn't live up to his end of the bargain
He fought like crap to say the least. Very strange card. I'm arguing with my book about the first fight. They have the time of completion backwards making a winner a loser. They read the score cards wrong in the Johnson/McCall fight and now everyone is arguing with their book about the result. It was changed to a draw afterwards. The officials at this event leave a lot to be desired. Noke is killing Craig but apparently blew his knee out and loses the last 2 rounds. Alves wins the first 2 rounds, is winning the 3rd and gets choked out because he goes for a takedown with 40 seconds left in the fight. Very strange.
Tru, Any initial thoughts on Cotto v Mayweather? Thanks.

Use Mayweather in every parlay you want to play across all sports. Cotto is an easy fight for Mayweather. Cotto is basically a one handed fighter and even at 35 Mayweather dominates the fight.
Total at 9 1/2 Ov-250. This seems low. If I researched correctly only 1 of Mayweathers last 7 fights (since 2005) has gone under this and 5 of the 7 went the distance and Cotto's 2 losses came in the 11th and 12th.
Seems logical to go over. Mayweather is talking up how aggressive he'll be.... as usual.
Seems logical to go over. Mayweather is talking up how aggressive he'll be.... as usual.
My only concern is your comment about Cotto being a one handed fighter. Surely he knows he cant outpoint him and maybe he gets agressive going for the KO and it bites him. Cotto have a pretty good chin?? I have not seen many of his bouts. Thanks again.
Cotto is a converted southpaw. Meaning he is left handed but leads with his left hand. His right has always been mostly useless. So Mayweather really only has to really worry about the one hand for the most part. It really depends on Mayweather and Cotto's mentality and how his face holds up. Mayweather hasn't really shown it much, but he does has good power. He'll have a 5 inch reach advantage as well. This isn't much different for what I've been saying for a few years, Mayweather wins this one probably via decision or late stoppage, and he'll put an ass whooping on Pacquiao if they ever meet. Cotto doesn't have a lot of quit in him but his face has been know to get really cut up. Like I said, If you like some even games or some other fights add Mayweather to a parlay, he'll win this fight and it won't be close. I wish he'd have fought Pacquiao last year, fight would have opened close to even and I would have bet ever dollar they'd let me on Mayweather.
