Wed US Open matchups and props Robert Garrigus +100 vs Robert Rock........for the tournament and 1st Round While I think the bombers have a bit of an advantage this week and Garrigus bombs it with the best, Rock who won the Italian Open LW, has yet to make it to the United States as of noon EST, he has some Visa problems, he has yet to register for the event, he was lucky and received an extention by the USGA. We have to believe that Rock and his team or family were just partying too much after the win and screwed this up. So, he hasn't seen the course or set-up = advantage Garrigus Robert Rock -115 to miss the cut, Yes..............no brainer, 2 units.
Under 280.5 -105 winning score. 284 is Even par, 280.5 is -3.5 under par, with this set up and if there is any rain to soften it up, I see the winning score being -4 or better. The players are not afraid of this track, they know the sight lines from the AT&T National..... and the rough, what rough?! The only thing that should keep the winner from being -4 under par is if the heat index gets up there and the greens become too quick.
1st Round ....Brandt Jobe -125 vs D.A. Points Points has done nothing since winning at Pebble earlier this year. Jobe has been a model of consistency the past 2 months and fired a blistering 62 on 14 stimp greens in his first round of sectional qualifying.
So we shouldn't take da points?

Where is Garrigus avail at?
Ryo Ishikawa +160 vs Kevin Na This line is way out of wack. Dude what did Ryo open at please? Ishikawa despite down in the dumps because of the Japan earthquake situation, continued his golf on the Japan Tour, lost in a playoff a few weeks ago, but threw in the towel in his last event missing the cut. Ryo is super long off the tee and a deadly putter. Na is short and wild off the tee but a solid putter.
5dimes Garrigus is available
I think there may be some value on Dustin Johnson on the boards. From 5 Dimes: Donald -140/+110 over Dustin Johnson Westwood -140/+110 over Mahan Donald -140/+110 over Mahan Mahan -130/+100 over Johnson Johnson -125/105 over Westwood. Donald -105/-105 over Westwood. What is interesting is why the line on Johnson got to be where it is? Is it a mistake? If so Westwood is a great bet here and I'll leave it for someone on the board. The other take is Johnson is underrated or Westwood overrated. So Donald might be pretty good against Westwood. I'm going to take it that Johnson is a good bet. Instead of touching these I bet Johnson +110 against Watney. It doesn't sound great but it sounds better than -125 against Westwood that is for sure. Thoughts welcome. Thanks Dude for your comments on my previous post.
Ryo Ishikawa +160 vs Kevin Na This line is way out of wack. Dude what did Ryo open at please?
I am on the fly today and do not have DB pulled up in front of me, but I think remember seeing Na open at -130 to 140. I made Na -128, and again I know the guys that slammed Na here, but agree with Alf that this line now is too high.
