not sure how much debt is involved but 39M seems real light to me.

It has received written consents approving the transaction from American Wagering shareholders who own the majority of American Wagering voting share capital... The Cal Neva Sportsbook Division is a part of the Sierra Development Company. William Hill will be paying $21.0 mln in cash, with a further $1.5 mln payable in the event that the Cal Neva Sportsbook Division achieves certain performance criteria in the 12 months to February 2012.
ya . am wagering only had a market cap of 5.8m . looks like a good deal for both sides. will be interesting to see what kind of bookmaking model these blokes use here in the "states".

I think LeRoy's did a BRILLIANT move here. Vic Salerno is a very bright guy........ a GREAT MOVE at a GREAT TIME by him. Unclear to me if LeRoy's was going to be worth 1/5 THIS IN 5 YEARS!
