World Cup Sat [B]USA +1 +105 vs England[/B] England is overrated. USA can win this game. I love underdogs that can win outright = automatic play for us here. I'm surprised that since this line has come out it has barely moved from +120 to +105. But this line should be ENG - 1/2 -150 not -1. Half a goal we have estimated to be close to 63 cents. England has performed poorly for the past two decades in the World Cup. Much is always expected of them because the English Premier League is tops and the English paparazzi tells them so. Key for Team USA here is getting Forward Jozy Alitore and defender Oguchi Onyewu in the line-up. They have one of [I]the[/I] best goalkeepers in the tournament in Tim Howard to keep this game close. Projection England 1 USA 1

I concur Alf. England's goalkeeping stinks. They have good defenders and goal scorers. If they had Tim Howard (USA GK and player for Everton in the EPL), they'd probably be a lock for the Semis.

I was actually impressed with England, they may go farther than I anticipated. A good goalie could get them into the semis. They had 7 good goal chances vs 2-3 for USA. I don't think USA will scare too many teams, they looked out of shape, very small and not much individual talent compared to England.
