Well you can look at that line and say it is a handicap, that if they go to penalty kicks you want a certain side, but some cappers I have talked to said they don't want action if it goes to penalty kicks, although I believe GER has a solid goalkeeper and better forwards that ESP. Also, -110 to advance is a bad line, 80% everywhere else is + money on GER to advance. Is it worth 16 cents? Is the chance to win the game via penalty kicks worth 16 cents? At that point, probably not.
