I will be in Vegas in Feb for a work convention. It has been 2 years since my last visit and I really enjoy playing 3 card poker. What are the current payouts for both the pair plus bet along with the 6 card bonus side bet?

Also, are Harrah's properties the only casinos doing this OR have MGM properties finally started playing this a well?
