My take is that they're rushing to cram in as much business as possible from the addicts, as quickly as possible, because they're well aware that the "opening up" recently implemented in most states is going to lead to more spikes in cases, and that will doom their business...so in the few weeks before ICUs are crammed full again, and maybe the few months before the second wave (we're definitely still in the first), they're going to focus on getting in the people who just can't help themselves and skinning them alive.
The question of whether they're going to offer better games and/or worthwhile promos has pretty much been answered.
According to the LVR-J Arizona casinos' which were among the first to open are now closing due to covid-19.
