Could try the D, they have 3/2, but when I was there in May, it was a $10 minimum.
Am going to Shreveport a lot more than before becasue they have dropped their table limits back to $5 on weekday mornings.
Doesn't seem to be much hope of finding $5 BJ anywhere in Vegas unless you venture out to the local dust joints, and for that, you would need a car.
If you do have some form of transportation, you might try Arizona Charlie's (either location) or Eastside Cannery (either location). Those place have always catered to the local low roller. Jerry's Nugget is also a possibility.

I meant Cannery, and while ECan is closed, I think Craig Road Cannery is open.
If Stations opens up either Fiesta, it's a good bet there will be $5 BJ there, as before they closed, they both had $3 games.
