Well, it is a good deal, but "free" is a bit of an exaggeration. At $4/point, it'll take $2000 coin-in to earn the buffets, and the best game is 8/5 Bonus. Given that it returns 99.17% with perfect play, you figure to lose $16.60 in the process. Still a bargain, but of course, if you don't hit a royal, you should expect to lose about three times that much.

Considering that you can just painlessly use the LVA coupon without any risk at all, I think that's the way to go. A lot of people save that coupon for the lobstermania, but those days are so damn crowded, it kind of lets the air out of the whole experience.

Yeah Free was a wrong choice of words, but if you put the points on your card, save LVA coupon for another time when maybe your not playing.  BTW when 500 points are reached your two brunches just flash on the screen and in the past don't show on the kiosk. Watch your points.

Do you know if they're currently giving away anything for new signups who play X amount? They had pretty good offers not too long ago, but I never made it over there once they stripped out all the decent machines.

No I don't know of any. When I signed up a year ago I missed the tier match by a couple days. Just checked there website and says earn 500 points get a gift. I can't remember what I got.
